Update
We expect that some of the On Demand Products may be unavailable while we are improving the product as follows:
On Demand Portal:
- Customers of all On Demand products may experience a brief period of connectivity errors while using the On Demand Portal during the maintenance window in all the supported regions.
On Demand Migration:
- Customers of On Demand Migration may not be able to access their migration projects for up to 45 minutes during this scheduled downtime.
- All running migration jobs may potentially fail during the maintenance window, and we recommend all customers to verify their migration jobs after the upgrade and restart their migration jobs if needed.

We expect that On Demand Recovery and On Demand Migration will be unavailable while we are improving the product as follows:
On Demand Recovery:
Customers of On Demand Recovery will not be able to access the portal to view backup status and statistics,
perform restore operations or view differences for approximately 15 minutes during the 2 hour maintenance window.
All configured backup jobs will continue per normal during maintenance.
On Demand Migration:
Customers of On Demand Migration will not be able to access their migration projects for approximately 15 minutes during the 2 hour maintenance window.
All running migration jobs will be paused by the backend during maintenance and resume automatically after completing the software update.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide customers with an exact time window when organizations will be unavailable during the maintenance.
There is no action required for On Demand customers.
