We expect that On Demand Migration will be unavailable for up to sixty (60) minutes while we are improving the product. Customers will not have access to the On Demand Migration user interface for part or all of the scheduled On Demand Improvement window. Scheduled and running tasks will be be suspended. We expect that the suspended tasks will resume automatically.

We expect that On Demand Recovery will be unavailable for up to sixty (60) minutes while we are improving the product. We expect the downtime to only affect the US, Australia, and Canada regions. Customers will not have access to the On Demand Recovery user interface for part or all of the scheduled On Demand Improvement window. Scheduled and running tasks may fail during this Improvement Window. Customers may need to manually restart failed tasks once On Demand Recovery is available.

We expect that On Demand Audit will be unavailable for ninety (90) minutes while we are improving the product. Customers will not be able to perform searches, receive alerts, or configure On Demand Audit. Customers will not have access to updated data in their Dashboards or Visualizations until On Demand Audit is available.
