Quest On Demand will be undergoing a software update at 12:00pm EST on Saturday, March 14, 2020.
This update includes downtime which will render all of the On Demand products in the United States offline for up to 6 hours.
How does this affect me?
During this scheduled downtime, customers of On Demand products, in the United States, will not be able to login to the On Demand Portal.
During the offline period it will not be possible to start new jobs in the On Demand Migration and On Demand Recovery modules. All jobs that are in progress or scheduled to start will resume or begin after this offline period is complete.
On Demand Audit alerts that have been configured will be paused during this offline period, but will resume once the offline period has ended.
