Our third party service provider as begun to implement a fix for the discovered issues. We expect that On Demand will operate in a degraded state while the third party services recover. We will continue to monitor the situation and update this message when more information is available.

This incident affected: Migration (US Region, EU Region), Recovery (US Region, Canada Region, EU Region), Audit (US Region), On Demand (US Region, Canada Region, EU Region), and Backend services (Identity Service, Subscription Service).
