Due to COVID-19 related capacity restraints applied by Microsoft, we are experiencing some resource limitation that could affect our ability to meet our service obligations to you. Microsoft has attributed their restraints to their prioritization of services to first responders, health and emergency management services, critical government infrastructure organizational use, and ensuring remote workers stay up and running with the core functionality of Teams.
